Vertical integration within our metal and wood facilities enables our company to control lead times, minimize internal costs and maximize quality.
Both our wood and metal facilities utilize advanced CNC equipment, employ talented professionals, and focus on attention to detail. These facilities create fixtures from wood, metals, glass and solid surface materials. Automated turret punch presses, lasers, robotics, CNC panel saws and routers are just a few of the machines used to fabricate the custom fixtures. Our metal facility aids in our efforts to be ecologically conscience and offers superior painting capabilities by employing an in-house powder coat line. This paint line is part of our vertical integration plan and is crucial to controlling subcontract costs.
At over 400,000 total square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space, our equipment and personnel stand ready to meet our clients’ biggest projects and rollouts. Alliances with material suppliers, both domestic and import, allows Huck to deliver solutions to retailers without compromising delivery or quality.
