Import Products
At Huck, our import products are manufactured to match our domestic quality and specifications. All products are engineered at our facilities in Quincy, Illinois and Harrison, Ohio and sent to our select import facilities overseas. Prototypes and first article production pieces are fabricated in our US facilities and sent overseas as control samples. This process is done to ensure exact matching of fixture specifications.
By selecting facilities overseas with similar equipment and process capabilities to our domestic ones, we offer consistency in manufacturing between the facilities. We typically utilize blended programs, ensuring competitive lead times with low cost production. All products are thoroughly inspected at all facilities, and final assembly, packaging and shipping are done domestically, further enhancing our quality control process.
